What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
We have recently adopted Docusigns e-witness feature into some of our signature collection scenarios. This feature enables a customer / user to identify a third party who can act as a witness to the agreement or contract they've signed with us. Thereby eliminating the need for manual verification of a witness, while ensuring a multi-level authentication process that ensures that the identity of a would-be witness is properly verified. Most importantly, Docusign provides us with a certificate of completion document that is admissible in court, if ever there is a dispute in future. The above is an area where Docusign differentiates itself.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
love the array of customization which I am allowed to execute on Docusign. Basically, we are able to tweak the Docusign platform to fit into the current needs of my organization. For example, we were able to change how contract documents were delivered to recipients from standard email to sms based delivery. This allowed us to reach contract signatories faster and create a unique signing experience for our customers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The use of Docusign in my organzation is a straight-forward one. Docusign simply helps us get our contractual documents signed. As far as I am concerned , Docusign is in lockstep with what we expect from an electronic signature tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Within my department, we are using Docusign to get signatures of our customers on contractual documents electronically. Docusign has simply provided us with a simple, thoughtful solution that ensures my team and our customers can sign documents anywhere.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
Easy to communicate with artists to get signature. Takes little to no time at all.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quick setups with the templates and easy to add recipients
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lots of clicking but its not a big deal
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely worth it if you need to send out multiple documents for signing and easy to do electronic signatures
