What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
Docusign has a robust and industry standard approach to all of the functions they offer. The end user's ability to sign and send documents is intuitive and easier to digest than competitors. The GUI from a front and back end perspective is easy to manage, identify possible actions, and navigate without confusion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a service owner, the backend is clearly organized, which helps keep things going during support calls. Also our service and sales rep have been both integral to the implentation and the questions that came about during the first couple months.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the API Integrations are a bit clunky and require some handholding, but ultimately is just a learning curve that can be overcome after one or two connections.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Schedule a demo and ask pointed questions tied to your organizations current e-signing solution. This helps the rep really tailor the call to a real world example that you have, in which you can clearly depict what makes Docusign an industry leader. In this case, seeing is believing.
