What differentiates DocuSign CLM from other similar products?
DocuSign has a clean and user-friendly dashboard that allows you to see the contracts, their status, progress, deadlines, and any pending actions. The other tool we were using was cluttered and overwhelming.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
DocuSign CLM has a simple interface which shortens the onboarding process. You don't need to learn too much or watch many tutorials to use DocuSign appropriately. I also like it because you can upload Word document and edit it before sharing with clients or third parties for signing. You can also create a template and save it for easy editing whenever you want a custom contract.
What do you dislike most about this product?
DocuSign CLM is a premium platform so you need to pay to use it. Although they have a free trial, the cost might be a limiting factor for startups or individual users. It also takes some time to understand the function of every feature and get maximum value for your investment. I also feel that DocuSign CLM holds quite sensitive information and documents and need to assure users of strict security and privacy policies because such information could bring a company to its knees if it finds a way to the wrong hands.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Utilize standard templates when creating contracts. You will save time and ensure the contracts have a uniform appearance or format. Remember to read the onboarding materials even if you feel DocuSign CLM is user-friendly.

What differentiates DocuSign CLM from other similar products?
The flexibility to do the customizations like addition of manual scripts, change of data, date, names, stamp etc is one good feature which we generally don't get to see in other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Firstly I like it because it saves paper and do a lot to environment, secondly it has a good range of customized templates which generates a great digital forms and documents. We can even share the digital documents to as many users with a single click which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Apart from English, DocuSign can integrate more languages to cater the clients across geographies which is currently missing. Even we cannot download the entire documents bundle as a batch in single click, that could be really helpful which avoids singular download of each document.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For Digital documentatio, signatures, stamps, sharing and all DocuSign is a great platform and one can use it with ease without any difficulty in understanding. Over the top, it saves a lot of time and paper, which makes you more happy and responsible at the end of the day. I highly recommend this tool.
