What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Docebo is very versatile in terms of settings and customization. Style is kind of fresh and is constantly evolving and updating. API is a next factor (however we still don’t use it), however have plans to integrate Docebo LMS into external platforms and probably produce an administration tool to support our admins in higher managing current user and courses database.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We conjointly like Bulk loading via CSV (users, courses ,enrollments). It saves a great deal of time, particularly once you got to massively update user fields or enroll many of us in specific teams or learning plants. Docebo provides a versatile interface when it involves course players. We tend to use course widgets to increase the worth of the course, to gather feedback, to let individuals transfer files or alternative materials when accessing the course.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are limitations to each software system that you simply add to your business. It depends on what you are doing with those limitations. Since we are still within the implementation stage, we’ve found ways to figure around any limitations we have run into so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a demo and ensure that they will demonstrate that it meets your use case if you have special needs. Be very very clear concerning your needs. Don’t take it at face value if the sales reps say it can do something.

Docebo is constantly updated with the new learning trends and the factors that intervene in the development of functions. The learners interface is easy and intuitive. The superadmin dashboard makes customer service easy because everything is right there when you need it. The attention fro customer service team is amazing. It has modern user experience and It is not clumsy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nice clean UI. Easy to brand and implement. The ability to manage multiple branches and catalogs. Dedicated and concerned customer success manager.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The admin side is little clunky.Reporting is not really customizable and leaves a lot to be desiredi also dislike the e-commerce functionality needs improvement.

What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Docebo is that rare platform that truly lives up to its claims. From the initial sales method through the first year of client service and support they have been wonderful to figure with and consistently responsive. Even the few issues we’ve had were handled professionally and with care for us as a customer. Overall the platform is user-friendly, and our coaching department doesn’t have any problems navigating the site. It’s saved their department's hours of work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Docebo is fantastic for being able to include your branding. Look, and feel. Once others come to our dashboard, it’s professional. We’ve used it for client coaching for years, and users are able to self-register and take training easily. The platform is stable and I don’t need to worry about learners not being able to access their training. Docebo has extremely expanded its offering, therefore we also utilize group integration for Workshops.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately, Docebo has had problems with the support of the product. It can typically take months to induce an issue fixed. They do have a conversation wherever support agents respond quickly for very basic issues. Except for intermediate-level support or fixes, we’ve had to do to get things escalated to have things addressed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Though it was a higher price than different platforms we thought about (over 20), we’ve saved that extra price in admin wages because of its simple use and economical administration.
