What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
*Generally videoconferencing applications or platforms do not work well with slow internet connections or low bandwidth, this is not the case with Uberconference, it is a point that is very appreciated. *When you invite someone, the user is not obliged to download something to join the call. *For recurring calls and conference call scheduling, it has been an excellent tool. Each user/member has their own line for scheduling calls. *No pin required. This is optional, configurable. *User friendly interface, first time use is not complicated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The right features and the necessary functions. Nowadays it is essential to be able to share screen, to have a decent sound quality and a clear enough video image, this software has it all. The connection is good, video conferencing with people abroad is welcomed by both parties, which is convenient for everyone. I can join with other employees remotely, it is not only for working with clients, we can work from anywhere internally for one reason or another. PowerPoint presentations run very well, as the screen sharing is very smooth, there are no problems with visual media.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mute option/button is not consistent, it does not execute at the instant it should be, it does not happen all the time but sometimes and it can be something that bothers everyone during the meeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an appropriate tool for all kinds of work scenarios. I recommend it as it offers attractive plans in terms of features and prices, even if you want to try it before entering a payment plan, it has a free version. However I recommend investing, if you are looking for something more professional, and without limitations.

What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
Excellent with instant messaging and file sharing. Terrific with video conferencing. Screen share is convenient for presentations. Intuitive user interface and mobile friendly.

Great with video conferencing and live conferencing. Video conferencing makes it easy to hold online meetings. Great for virtual learning. Ease of use.

Great app with video conferencing and have no complaints.

Yes it's an excellent app with video conferencing and live conferencing. Live chats for faster feedback. Presentations are great. Brilliant with team collaboration.

What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
You can add hold music when your guests are waiting for you to join the videoconference, that seems original to me, I could also integrate my Google Calendar (if you have Outlook it is also possible). It is flexible with integrations to team collaboration and CRM tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I was really impressed when I started using this software for internal and external work communications, I found transcription tools, recording of meetings, and one of the best features are the "Do Not Disturb" features which make calls not forward to my phone all the time. It is easy to use and is convenient to use with customers as it will not complicate the situation for them. I like the menus and user interface. Screen sharing works without interruptions or drops The mobile application it offers allows for greater mobility and portability which makes remote work easier. The audio and video is pretty decent, one of the best.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Chat does not always update or sync across devices which can be confusing or annoying.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend saving your most frequently used clients and contacts by name so they will be much easier to find. If you will be making calls, add them to your contact manager first. You can also bookmark "Favorites".
