What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
This tool is very comfortable and easy to use for any type of company while in a conference because it can be programmed to monitor and control the calls in order to have more progress in each conference users can easily see the participants, the speaker can be identified , you can even silence any distracting noise
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like this tool for its comfortable and easy use because it allows us in a very comfortable way to have conferences sharing screens, international calls, retention music and even free call recordings and document exchanges, it allows administrators to configure recurring conference calls if it is necessary also offers videos in HD
What do you dislike most about this product?
I like everything about this tool, I don't dislike anything because of its practical way of using it in conferences

I recommend this tool for being very useful in a conference for its many very important implemented functions, among them we can mention document storage, real-time chat and messaging, call report creation, videoconference, screen sharing, call recording among others
