What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
we can also call on the phone number through the dial pad meeting which differentiate it from others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Call quality is great. support team is very helpful and quick to respond. Screen sharing feature is very smooth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Recording is not available on free version also the limit for meeting is 45 minutes until we buy the paid plan. Cost of dial pad meeting is on bit higher side. Mobile app is not good as comparison to browser website.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if your company need to interact with clients and colleagues regularly dial pad is nice meeting platform to opt for.

What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
Dialpad Meetings differs from other programs because of its good price and how easy it is to use the program.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Every day, Dialpad is used in our office meetings to keep all of our departments in the loop on current and future initiatives. Regardless of the amount of people participating, Dialpad makes it simple for us to all call into the same number. The ability to record meetings and transmit them to participants who were unable to participate by phone is a time-saving option for those who need to keep meeting minutes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Transcriptions of phone calls are frequently difficult to read since the words that are auto transcribed during the conversation may be entirely different from what was really spoken.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a result of how simple it is to set up and how user-friendly it is, I will be recommending it to others.

It is a program that has the best quality price on the market.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Additionally, it contains a wide range of features that would be more costly in other applications, such as artificial intelligence in meetings, metrics, tracking, to-do lists or tasks, summaries, and other features. In addition, the mobile app is excellent; I can even participate without the need to connect from my PC.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, Dialpad has the potential to be far more useful for businesses. Despite its impressive artificial intelligence capabilities and various integrations, it is a little weak in other areas (such as plan customization, and the number of participants allowed per meeting, among others).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As with any program, Dialpad has its advantages and disadvantages. If you're looking to upgrade to a professional or more comprehensive plan, I suggest it because of its low pricing. These features are more costly on other platforms.
