What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
I like the way it has provided headers so that we know what we are working on and also helps us to record our voice mails so that we also can listen to them. We can also mark our favorite in that conversation
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
daily work routine, I use Dialpad. An easy way for instant meetings just with one click. Mostly I use it with my phone. A significant feature has the application on my Desktop computer also.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dialpad sometimes doesn't alert me when I have a call and then automatically says I have missed the call. It was very rare. This might be fixed now as now we switched to other.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The free version is a bit limited, I think it's best to go to a paid plan, but it's worth it if it's for work

What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
We have the same instant access to text and phone notifications as you do on your mobile device. It comes up with a great UI and easy-to-use application with all the required features for daily operations. DialPad enables our team to SMS message our customers, frequently resolving issues faster than by email.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It gives the ability to have both a personal and a work phone without the additional device required and it is also compatible with all the VOIP available phones in the market, the best part if you receive an inbound call we can capture the information and save it directly to the CRM, which actually saves the time. Also, reports and analytics it the best feature to see the complete data, and it's easy to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Screensharing gets stuck sometimes and takes a few extra minutes to share the screen and the Knowledge base can be a little more information so users can use it more on a daily basis in case we are stuck with the application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great product for daily meetings and helps to operate the business internally and externally with the clients/Team members. Comes up with great audio quality if you compare it with other products and is easy to use and set up for large-scale operations.
