What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
Very fast implementation and installation, even in large groups. Good quality of functions and competitive price. It has worked very well for conferences, meetings and some training. The sales team is transparent and helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the way it integrates with other platforms my team uses and you can update tasks, notes, lists as the meeting progresses. The best features for performance start with the paid options. It is very easy to use and does not require much training on the equipment to use it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are conferences where a certain delay in the audio has been reported. Mainly in large groups in which several people speak at the same time. But overall it has been excellent.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended for teams using conferences and meetings across multiple countries and time zones. Very reliable and easy to use. Integration with other applications is a strong point of Dialpad.

What differentiates Dialpad Connect from other similar products?
Dial pad feels more intuitive than most of the other platforms and also is very simple to use in terms of setting up meetings and also interacting with the software during the meetings
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The video calling and screen control are the features I use the most and they certainly are the most exciting for me
What do you dislike most about this product?
The noise cancellation acts a little bit iffy sometimes but most of the times it is really nice
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a product that's a solid 8.5 for me and I'll definitely recommend it to others as well
