Provides Customized Project based approach from acquisition of talent ,onboarding , performance management and continues learning results in great project success. Integration with Vector solutions powered this tool for continues learning and gaining certifications which helps in current engagement and future
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Have two favourite aspects ,one is learning and other is Robust Analytics Only having knowledge in current engagements not sufficient as its not aligned with future project goals and objectives . This tool helped in Continues and aligned learning which meets future project skills expectation which ultimately results in Project success. Gaining desired certifications is also good aspect of this product. Tool advanced analytics helped in Data driven decision making , performance evaluation and Valuable feedback. Accordingly helped in retaining talent which biggest concern nowadays
What do you dislike most about this product?
As of now no drawbacks or shortcomings for this product. But some users reported technical glitches which i have not faced yet.
