What differentiates Cortex XSOAR from other similar products?

Cortex Xsoar has 1000's of OOTB integrations and palybooks available for almost every security products that us in use today in organizations. There is a minimal need of developing any integrations from scratch as is the case for other SOAR tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My fevorite aspect of the product have to be case management of cortex XSOAR where you can customize incident layout according to your need and you can collaborate in war rooms for the incidents you are working.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I only thing I find challenges with respect to cortex XSOAR are its featires😅. I mean you get a lot of features with this product that sometimes you have no idea of how this feature works especially gor new users find it hard to get used with Cortex XSOAR.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for SOAR product, Cortex XSOAR would be the best one in the market available right now.
