I simply open Azeus Convene and find everything I need to run the board. There is nothing I dislike about it. It has improved the governance of the organization.

The solution gives us the ability to create online or printed agendas, distribute information to board members, and record minutes. It excludes the need to buy expensive document creation software to create board packets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This software also enables discussion, voting, and signing documents online. Secondly, it is intuitive, and therefore, users do not need to spend a lot of time learning.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Convene should offer its clients the ability to keep track of all actions taken. Once activities have been completed, they can be recorded in meeting minutes or archived in a board library.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's relatively easy to use the Convene portal. Users can set up the system in a few clicks and start using it right away. It’s not much of a learning curve, and they don’t need any extensive training.

Convene is more efficient than other software because it offers very clear functions that everyone understands, the information is very safe and there are no risks of theft, it is a software that guarantees that meetings are carried out with total success.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to create meetings, the ease of the platform allows us to meet through our screens, high quality communication, we do not spend money on printing because we share documents in any format through Convene, with this software we make the best decision together and we are more proactive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There have been no problems since the implementation, the functionalities are simple and when we had doubts the technical support team always helped us, it is a software that does not present errors.

By using Convene, you have a better interaction with clients and with the work team, streamline processes, share documents, reduce printing costs, maintain high-quality communications, and increase productivity in a short time.
