What differentiates Convene from other similar products?
Their assistance was also very beneficial, as they included coaching and demonstrations during the product assessment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform is simple to use, safe, and less expensive than rivals. The cost and time required to plan and deliver catalogs to the expected recipients was a major factor in choosing this software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like the app to support OCR so that records extracted and posted can be compiled.

It is a good tool with amazing support so companies can definitely try the product

It is simple to use, inexpensive, and comfortable, and it keeps the Committee and SMT engaged with their articles and activities.

I'm not certain what I should think of as a disadvantage.

Convene allows you to plan meetings from everywhere at any time. It has a mechanism in place to secure all of your data and documents, so you don't have to be concerned. The app also sends out alerts about gatherings and other activities to all community members. It is a great tool

What differentiates Convene from other similar products?
The launch of Convene has changed the way we execute our Committee and Top Management conferences and is a useful tool for controlling the conference from beginning to end.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To me, the function that allows you to simply drag documents from your screen to be imported is the greatest because it saves me time and makes my life simpler.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe that convene must allow anyone who has recently been introduced to the software/apps to view any prior papers or materials that have been uploaded.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Convene runs on both channels and makes paper organization, taking minutes, and agendas much simpler, as well as allowing for consistency with quality control and good governance practices. The updates, acts, and paper presentation are all excellent. A must-have platform for businesses.
