What differentiates Convene from other similar products?
The accessibility proves to be quite helpful that we are super-connected to each other through the software. The data management side of the product causes to be managing the issues raised in the working proces.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a super product that has an amazing interface. The ease of use helps us to find the features which are important for us. The speed of the software appears to be quite impressive. Though the variety of the channels of customer support is amazing, the quality could be problematic for us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are few sides that should be noted as drawbacks for the product. Firstly, the lack of video feature is kind of problem for us that we would be happy to be provided with that. Besides, The quality level of customer support is unable to be an insufficient level that the response time from their side would be longer than usual. The limit in the training sessions is considered as a problem from our management that should be taken into consideration as a priority by your product development team as the update. The new features should be released often that could cause the loyalty of the users of the product, I do not see any substantial feat
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product helps us to be well-organized, to manage the communication and to have the efficient file-sharing in our company. We easily pass the information among our members, set the meetings, and solve the issues via the service of Azeus Convene provides.

What differentiates Convene from other similar products?
Great encryption for our documents and files. Network is also encrypted incase of any cyber attacks. This tool is best combination of strong security and cheap pricing. Audit trails also keeps a track of suspicious logins and activities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The audit trail feature is my favorite. Every week we do an audit trail to ensure high security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike. I've used it and i can recommend. I am not sure about their future updates and bugs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you strongly believe in security and protection of you files and documents, then go for this tool.
