What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
Constant Contact's website building tools are excellent and I enjoy that they offer email marketing capabilities as well. In my experience with many digital marketing tools, Constant Contact is by far the best. There is no better deal than this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really enjoy being able to categorize my communities and groups based on email type. With Constant Contact, you can plan ahead and easily use it for any event or holiday of the year.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is necessary to expand our automation offering. As for automated alternatives, it is simply insufficient. It would be great if we could assign labels to emails based on their behavior. Instead, you can add tags every time a subscriber signs up for a list.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Using Constant Contact to plan our campaigns in advance has been a huge help. I can certainly monitor the number of people who have opened our emails and the speed at which our content circulates between them.
