What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
There are many peculiarities in Constact Contact that I have not seen in Mailchimp, with the use of photos and links, the generation of email and text editing is peculiar and has many drawbacks, in such a case Mailchimp improves this feature, but nevertheless, it is an excellent tool for the search of leads and CRM, It has a very advantageous sales evolution analyzer, which is not seen in Mailchimp, a calendar management that is important for the organization of events and other programs, in summary I can say that this program like all has features that give advantage to the work being done, but still lacks some of them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the ROI analysis and tracking feature, and that it has a sales analyzer, this has allowed me at the time of starting a job, I can calculate in an organized way the cost and work implements that I will need for a certain advertising campaign, in addition to tracking the advertising and the scope I have on that job, it has a friendly look, and its customer service has been quite helpful, although, it has not been needed because it is very easy to implement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one that can not be customized, this program can not be customized, therefore, you must work based on what the program stipulates, you can not handle the programming language to customize it to taste, if you want to customize it is difficult to do it with this program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Is recommended for all types of companies, and people who start with the automation of marketing and email marketing, has a very friendly interface and easy to use, it is not complicated, has many features that as time passes programmers and creators are improving, is a good investment, although it has a free trial that can be used to test the platform.
