What do you dislike most about this product?

Being able to make changes despite being signed out of your account is the only annoying aspect. Before you go to save the modifications, you are unaware that your time has expired. Edge-to-edge designs were not possible, and the footer has less customization options than with our prior email program.

I enjoy how simple it is to layout and design your own e-blat before viewing all of your selections in preview mode on PC, mobile, etc. I'm not sure how it stacks up against other platforms however I've found that using the email capabilities on other CRM and relational database platforms is neither as effective nor as visually appealing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the dashboard's design at all. I would prefer if the campaigns were sorted in a manner more akin to a windows explorer. It would be really useful if all the campaigns and address books could be viewed arranged in folder view. I dislike having to scroll forever in search of anything or hope I can find it by name.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Constant Contact is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward. Particularly if you've never used a mass email platform before, it offers many more capabilities and advantages than other applications and is one of the simplest platforms to use. This program has been used by me for the past four years, and I want to keep using it.

It can be difficult to change some formatting, particularly the gap above and below blocks. Additionally, I've only recently started using event marketing. Understanding how to send follow-up emails to different groups that had answered proved to be very challenging. Additionally, only a select few of the event participant information fields would download.
