What differentiates Conga Sign from other similar products?
Our reps should be selling and not doing paperwork, that’s why this tool keeps them focused on their targets. It’s better than a using a separate signing tool because it exists right there alongside where they are already working, every day. I believe it is the best since it eliminates all friction in the last step of the sales process. It has helped us increase our conversion rates and made our sales team a lot happier and more productive. It's great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The thing i like most is the send thing with "one click" using our pre built templates and crm data to generate a contract in seconds. I also love the nice dashboard that lets our reps see exactly what deals are pending a signature at any moment. The software is pretty snappy and we have not had many serious problems with it crashing or failing to dispatch a file. The audit trails are so professionally done and this gives the peace of mind we require.
What do you dislike most about this product?
But sometimes the template tags can be a little finicky if you overdo it with restructuring of the underlying document. It forces you to be cautious about what you edit in your standard contract files.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a must have for any sales driven Organisation. It is secure and very easy to use so that YOUR team will have less administrative burden. So you can try to use it for your business.
