The contract family tree, and the email notifications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Over engineered - it is not user friendly and is not intuitive. You need to essentially use logic formulas to run reports, instead of a basic and thoughtful filtering. Customer service is horrible - it is hard to get a hold of anyone because so much turnover, and I've wasted so many hours having the same conversation with so many different people.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't - there are far better solutions.

Having numerous good benefits after implementing it. It effortlessly integrates with Salesforce, is available for users to configure in button format, and swiftly gathers current information from a variety of sources. Conga speeds up the overall cycle of contracts without wasting any money and time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Conga enjoyed working with us on organizational matters. It was pretty decent. The completeness of Conga, which spares us from having to purchase an additional intake system or repository system, is something I enjoy. It excels at whatever it is capable of. I really appreciate how easy it is to create reports and search searches. Its operational procedures are simple and dependable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing in my mind despite Conga having had a great deal of frustrating turnover. Since we switched reps frequently, we frequently had no idea who our current rep was secondly Clause Library should be fastened to make it a more effective tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Conga Contracts would be quite helpful for a company that handles a lot of sales or supply chain demands. It is even more attractive to use Conga Contracts if the format of these invoices, quotes, etc. happens to be following a standard. We can use pre-formatted plug-and-play templates with Conga.

Conga CRM has the ability to track and maintain contracts, generate templates, and manage sales contracts has proven to be really useful. It requires some learning or training to master the tool. Furthermore, its adaptability and customizability make it an excellent alternative for enterprises with specific requirements.
