What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
I have used Confluence on multiple teams, and it rapidly became our preferred method of recording outcomes, discoveries, forecasts, and takeaways. I like that it comes as a complete package and doesn't need many add-ons to function properly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability of the many teams working on our projects to construct run books and keep project-specific documentation is the best feature of CONFLUENCE. It offers enough resources within a document to properly format it so that everyone on the team can understand it. The installation instructions for the numerous tools that we use on a daily basis can also be stored.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When there are several written papers to present, the presentation can become a little disorganized. Announcements and updates Users may receive tedious and repetitious emails. I dislike that using the export data capability requires purchasing add-ons.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
confluence makes it simple to create and update pages. It offers a ton of capabilities, and structuring the pages to meet corporate requirements is simple for doing. Even though confluence is an Atlassian product, it is simple to use and offers a variety of macro possibilities that really can aid in program management. People can also simply call Jira data on confluence.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
It is easy to drag and drop files on the same page. It also allows you to choose members that you want to share the files with and they can view and download them. Additionally, multiple users can work simultaneously on the same file hence saving on time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Confluence has helped us in team management. We have been able to prioritize tasks through hierarchy lists.In addition, team members can comment on current projects hence enhancing quick decision making.
What do you dislike most about this product?
So far it has been a very efficient software for us that I do not see anything to dislike about.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They should give it a try. Managing projects has been made easier, by simply creating pages and assigning tasks to members with due dates in order to meet the projects timeline.
