What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

- Atlassian ecosystem and integration with JIRA - Comments on the page - Controls of access to spaces

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Atlassian ecosystem and integration with JIRA - Flexibility of usage and addon integrations

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Pages with same name cant exist at different location and can be quiet irritating - Integration with powerpoint is not as seamless as expected (direct integration with office365 would be amazing)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great KM tool for organisations and especially tech teams. Its integrated when used with JIRA for task management. Recommend Atlassian suite of products as a whole set including bitbucket, JIRA, confluence etc.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Page templates: Confluence allows you to create custom page templates for your content. This makes it easy to create consistent and professional-looking pages. Macros: Confluence macros allow you to add dynamic content to your pages, such as tables, charts, and images. Commenting: Confluence pages can be commented on, which allows for collaboration and discussion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Confluence is its flexibility. It can be used for a variety of purposes, from creating documentation to collaborating on projects. I also like the fact that Confluence is easy to use, even for people who are not familiar with wiki software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike most about Confluence is that it can be a bit slow and unresponsive at times. This can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to collaborate with a team on a project. Additionally, the search engine can be a bit clunky, and it can be difficult to find the information you're looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, I think Confluence is a great tool for businesses of all sizes. However, there are a few things to keep in mind before you decide to use it. If you are considering using Confluence, I would recommend trying out the free trial, considering the pricing, getting training, and using the community.
