What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

What differentiates Confluence is that it makes it very easy for us to organize pages like a tree. I am able to create a page for each of my features and then place them under each other according to the project. In Notepad, this organization is not as clear and the users can easily lost track due to mismanagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature is the part where the templates acts super resourceful for us. I am also able to customize templates for my team that has everything pre-written, the goal, user story, acceptance criteria, etc. Whenever we have to start a new project, I copy this template and just fill in the new stuff. It has saved me tons of time from setting things up from scratch every time I have to get onto a new project. This feature has quadrupled my productivity and my team is happy because everyone works in the same pattern.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The most dislike thing about this product is that when a lot of people work at the same time in Confluence, the page automatically refreshes and my cursor flies away. I'm writing somewhere and suddenly everything disappears. Then I have to find that place again. It's a very annoying problem especially when I'm close to a deadline.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation is to first migrate all your old Word documents to Confluence but not all in one week, start from three or four pages a day. Create few basic templates for your team otherwise everyone will write on their own which is gonna distort your whole working in the longer run.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

What differentiates this from a standard web site or intranet is the ease of editing. Anyone can tap the edit button and correct a typo or add a new step to any process. This is why it can be seen as even superior-this makes documentation more than just a dormant, dusty pdf but a living document. This allows our manuals to be updated in all regions at the same time, which is crucial for a global company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Really like the new ai rovo integration. It makes it locate info not only from confluence but also from our other apps connected to it. The whiteboards are great for real time user journey mapping with my team too. it feels super slick and current. Creating guest accounts for outside vendors is another big advantage for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the layout may seem a little busy with various toggles and switches. which you need to take a while to get the lay of the land.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you are looking for a scalable way of sharing knowledge organisation-wide this is the no-brainer best option on the market.

What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

The thing that differentiates Zoom chat from other similar products is its really good and fast responsiveness and easy to send messages within our organization, which is a game changer for us for sure. apart from that, it is easy to learn and deploy in our current environment as it has a clear and concise setup and functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite Aspect of Using Zoom Chat is that it has a very good DB manager which makes sure data is safe and secure within the application as it comes with the surety of the Zoom team. They make sure we are safe and there is not security breach for the data. also the user interfasce is something that i love the most about it. We have been using the solution for last 4 years and i feel it has right implemented solutioning, which is making our job easy .

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to Dislike about as they are a really good a straightforward solution

Anyone who is looking for a trusted solution should definately conside them once.
