What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Concur is an all in one travel and expense product and is used by our employees for expense, travel, and purchase reimbursement as well as travel accommodations. Additionally, we use the PCard syncing feature. The ability to use Concur on your phone, track travel with GPS, and on various other devices makes everything a much smoother process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Concur is the ability to take a picture of your receipt to submit for reimbursement. No more filling out long spreadsheets and forms. I also like the GPS travel reimbursement feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Concur was a little bit hard to learn how to use as an approver, but with training we were able to figure it out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Concur will help anyone managing expenses and reimbursements. It will aid in becoming much more organized and creates a streamlined process.
