What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

I love how easy this application is to use either via Mobile or Desktop. I like to keep up with my expenses using the mobile app and then verify and submit on the desktop version. I have not used another expense reporting application that makes it this easy!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that it offers both a mobile and desktop version. I like that you are able to have a company card on file to easily book bigger travel like hotels and flights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that sometimes the app and desktop version are not synced up. One receipt might show on the desktop but not on the app to the approver.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think Concur is great and I would highly recommend checking out this product for you business!

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

It has product integrations with other software that I have previously not seen on the travel side.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Purchase made with a corporate card automatically show on my expense report.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The travel profile was so clunky and when you would hit save, it would always show an error message, which made it seem like it would never save properly. Also, once you upload a receipt, you can’t delete it. It just stays in the receipt graveyard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely a one stop shop when it comes to travel and expense reporting to easily manage receipts. The application is also easy to use including the app.
