What differentiates Commio from other similar products?
Commio is very responsive to our needs and requests. We always get a clear timeline and cost for any changes to our services we request. In our industry, service quality is extremely important and Commio provides this for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The overall functionality of their product makes my job easier to perform. It's always nice to have a product that helps me to be more efficient and productive for our clients. Also, Commio has a knowledgeable and friendly staff that is very responsive - this helps to reduce the timeframes for implementing changes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We work with several different providers and sometimes it can be frustrating as each one does things a little differently. In most cases, the Commio product is very easy to use and navigate but there are some functions that could be re-designed to streamline their use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Investigate the cost and what services are included. Many providers offer lower costs but you have to pay extra for some of the utilities needed. This ultimately shoots up the overall costs. In our case, Commio's offering included everything we needed (in terms of features and functionality). Make sure you look at the details - that's critical in the selection process.
