What differentiates CMW Platform from other similar products?
What really differentiates CMW platform from other similar products is its easy deployment, great support from their team and the efficiency with which reports are built in this tool. It's a seamless platform for managing any type of projects in organization and its very easy to track the progress of the projects and ensure completion within the timeline. Their support staff is amazing and knowledgeable. They have always provided real time assistance whenever we needed help which is probably the best part about using this tool. Besides, it automates the business process thereby reducing the time and efforts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My most favorite aspect of this product is their team who are proactive in assisting the clients, well equipped with answers to all our queries and their workflows which are built in which makes the tasks quite simple. Also I love the real time tracking of the project completion.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the aspects CMW platform can improve on are: 1. The user interface is a little bulky and confusing and should be made user friendly 2. The customization features are limited in the tool 3. Cost can be another challenge since the price is little high 4. Lastly, the updates are too frequent which sometimes interrupts ongoing task/project
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My recommendations to others considering this product would be to do an in depth analysis of its price versus features, understand the business requirements and then make an informed decision instead of rushing into the tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?
The inclusion of AI-based data analytics in the upcoming version would be a valuable addition to address our evolving needs
