What differentiates CMW Platform from other similar products?
We have used CMW for Vendor management. It is quite handy to generate purchase orders and invoices. The live dashboard provides updated information about the progress and rejections. Overall, the UI is still a bit old & can be overwhelming at first. The new teams will require hands-on sessions provided by their support team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Interactive Dashboards - CMW provides various inbuilt dashboards that can be customized as per the team's needs. There's also an approval-workflow initiation process that is a one-time activity to streamline live status updates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
- No Generative AI tools provided. - Complicated onboarding process. - Low code app generation workflow needs a lot of improvements such as help cards & tooltips.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make all users attend the preliminary sessions.

External documentation and sharing processes with lower subscription charges & advanced analytics & tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
-If you choose cloud deployment then all your files will be stored & encrypted in the CMW cloud, which might not be acceptable for every organization.
