I can optimize running processes on the go without having to stop. I can set whatever KPIs I need, as there's no limitation on it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The use of this platform has enhanced the operational efficiency and has enabled me to make decisions based on data analysis. Initially, I opted for this platform to automate my business operations, but its wide range of features has not only automated but also optimized my business for good.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it takes re-uploading of documents to save a task or request. And when tasks are assigned, the notifications cause a delay.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to evaluate the areas where the processes need optimization through CMW.
