CloudEagle.ai excels in giving us complete visibility over our software environment. Unlike other platforms that only focus on financials, CloudEagle.ai ties everything together—licensing, usage, renewals, and even vendor contracts—making it a comprehensive solution for managing our SaaS ecosystem.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The all-in-one dashboard is my favorite feature. It allows me to quickly assess the health of our SaaS portfolio at a glance. I can see which subscriptions are about to expire, what we’re spending, and whether there’s an opportunity to downsize on some tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While the analytics feature is incredibly powerful, it can take some time to fully utilize it unless you have a clear strategy for tracking usage. Once you figure out the best approach for your specific needs, it becomes an invaluable tool.

I had a lot of memberships before Cloudeagle. My money is finally going where I want it to go now that everything is in one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's great that it keeps track of my renewals, shows me apps I'm not using enough, points out spending patterns and even offers ways I can save money. It's like having a subscription expert with you at all times.
What do you dislike most about this product?
After setting it up, it works great but sometimes I wish it was faster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cloudeagle is the tool you need if you're sick of all the mess that comes with subscriptions. Inexpensive and easy to do.
