What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
ClickUp beats out other products in the marketplace when it comes to out-of-box features, customization, automation and integrations. Every other product is limited across the board in functionality, when compared against ClickUp.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ClickUp is a game changer when it comes to its robust features and the ease of use across all those features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is SO customizable that if all customizations made to the system are not well documented and tightly controlled/managed, it could easily became an overly complicated system that is difficult to maintain and scale.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Selecting ClickUp is a decision I have never once regretted. The product is constantly improving and growing in features, so it seems to be a solution that will move with our company into the future. The teams who have been using it for the past few months LOVE it, and the user experience across ClickUp is honestly fantastic. Just be careful when it comes to customizing too much, and document as much as possible, so you avoid any of the pitfalls that come with onboarding and managing a vastly customizable product like ClickUp.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
Workload analysis - I always wanted to have burnout control over my team. I'm using the tool to get to a 6 hours daily workload for each colleague and 1 hour of learning tasks or productive fun.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to customize and match very different needs in the company. I really enjoy the online help.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The immensity of options is scary. There is a UX problem with the idea that all features should be immersed into specific examples of "How do you use it?". The onboarding is for dummies. I wish for more "one look" educational tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the trial as much as you can to figure out if it's for you.

Its between Trello and Jira in terms of usability. Does what it has to do in a funny visual way.
