What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

None. Almost all project management apps have -or will clone eventually- their competitors features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to make preset templates ready to use. Like for SEO checklist. It's wonderful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

None as far as I know.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There is a plethora of PM apps nowadays there's no need to rush so choose wisely. ClickUp is good start though. But keep your eye open for better alternative that may fits your vertical better than that.

The collapsable comments gets really messy once there are more comments.

Ensure you standardize how tasks are organized across the board
