What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
It is a sophisticated platform that assists businesses in connecting with trading partners and managing data sharing. Cleo Integration has assisted us in growing our firm by allowing us to share business papers online. It enables us to easily grow and bring more of our onboarding process in-house. When it comes to facilitating EDI for our clients, they've really helped us assist ourselves.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I enjoy best about it is how much more efficient it improves our company's file transfer procedure. We don't have to worry about sustaining or paying for a physical presence when we use the cloud. Cleo is also skilled at monitoring and debugging system hardware and software. Cleo Integration Cloud is simple to use, has a reliable platform, and is always being improved. In comparison to other systems I've used in the past, CIC has a lot more visibility. We have access to the information we need since we have great visibility into documents, as well as process flow and endpoints.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've never had a problem with the service, which is excellent and advantageous to us. It may take some time for new users to become acclimated to the software's design, but once they do, the product is highly straightforward and simple to use. Although your support may take some time to respond to your tickets, there is nothing blocking you from utilizing their program. Apart from that, I have no issues about them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software meets all our business needs. I am very satisfied and that is why I can recommend its implementation.

What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
Our conglomerate presented a problem when sharing files that were lost over time and we needed to keep in several control points, Cleo is presented as a comprehensive solution to this problem through its potential to transfer files at high speed by providing connectivity and B2B performance, managing to keep our documents in order and increasing the productivity of the company in terms of data analysis.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its system is very easy to integrate into companies due to its high performance and simplicity when performing tasks. Its ability to transform data from one format to another represents a great advantage within its own interface. It decreases the equipment investment that would be needed to perform the tasks performed by this tool, reducing investment costs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cost of the tool a little high, however, it is not a major problem because the software already works excellently. There are some errors in the tool that are difficult to understand, I think they should specify better instead of showing only codes that mostly are not understood. Internet connection is required to access the files, but it is more a matter of storing the files remotely, you always need to be connected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cleo works correctly with what it promises, its adaptation is quite simple for most users of our company, there are few things that can be recommended to this tool, except that we do not have a complete user manual which leads us to make basic calls to customer service, which also works quite well. They could decrease a little the cost of the software that in situations is usually perceived a little high.
