Most of the functions are prebuilt so its easy to use and troubleshooting is quite straightforward.

Installation can be done in a single click and easy to maintain.

Nothing much i disliked about this product

Cleo Integration Cloud has a very good, helpful and knowledgeable team whether their presales or post sales, Cleo is always there to help.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cleo cloud is an easy end-to-end solution that will help you in your digital transformation. It supports multi-channels which is an important factor to me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even though its an easy solution to use but in order to use it to the full then you need to have an expert doing the work for you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cleo Integration has helped us shift all our organization to digital with no little work.
