We use claude to help draft our technical support docs and it's been a massive help. Is the best because it can take a rough set of notes from an engineer and turn them into a clear, user-friendly guide. Understands technical nuances that other ais often get wrong, making our documentation much more accurate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The artifacts feature is great to demonstrate snippets of code and terminals command in an easy-to-understand format. Its ease to let our users copy and paste the things they need. The mobile app is also great to check doc while we are away from our desk. The speed is also a huge plus point for our fast-paced environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a bit too conservative when questioned about specific bugs in software, sometimes resorting to a generic "contact support" answer rather than trying to help solve the problem.

I use claude for troubleshooting realy difficult workflows. this is best because it can follow a chain of thought better than any other model. give it a problem with 5 different variables, it does them all systemticallly. much more logemple and less likely to guess than its main competents. much more diagnostic repert.

The projects feature lets me upload our team's specific coding standards. this means every time i ask for a script, it's all formatted in the exact way we like it. basically, it's like an automated peer review. interface is also very stable. i've rarely dealt with any downtime/bugs while using the web version.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The desktop app is really just a wrapper for the website. i wish it had more natively integrated into the system like keyboard shortcuts work in other apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For those engineers and operations kinda guys, claude is a wonderful asset. Claude is a high level logic engine that helps you figure things out quicker than possible on your own.
