What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
The addition of features such as a whiteboard and display screen sharing renders meetings much more entertaining with webex. Audio can also be joined via a mobile device. Even though the internet is sluggish, you can attend the meeting. You can silence any member if they are unintentionally producing background noise. Webex is the only platform that offers transcripts. It is free for the first 100 users. It is accessible via browser, pc, and cell phone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Webex features a few truly useful technologies, such as solid, dependable meeting spaces (in Webex Conferences) and an incorporated chat platform in Webex Communities. Webex Teams serves as a chat center and speedy link to your sessions, even displaying you who is also in the room prior to your joining.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no distinction between DMs and groups; instead, there is a big list in which the group, you are a member of but have forgotten the name of, is deeply hidden in the list. Finally, it is difficult to customize which groups transmit messages and which do not.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a standard moderate tool that can do a number of stuffs, Webex isn't the worst selection.
