Webex consumes a lot of computer memory and slows things down on the system.

It comes from the brand Cisco so a lot more people can trust this software. Also, the video layout of the meeting is superb so it gives a good experience when doing video conferencing. Collaboration tools are fantastic.

The User Interface is good. The instant messaging and screen sharing option is tremendous.
