We use the Webex suite, a comprehensive collaboration tool, for meetings, events, training sessions, instant chat, and group document editing. The configuration of our company's Webex site and user registration in the administration portion was simple. We could not write endpoints made by other manufacturers even though the system allows us to register video endpoints since only Cisco gear may be registered.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When utilizing Webex, some clients who have previously used meeting software from a different provider might need help setting up their audio equipment. However, most of this software's functionality can be used to start meetings and events. It is simple to use and maintain from a system administrator's perspective. Several elements are available for events, like short surveys, a whiteboard, attendance information, etc. Meetings were always cut short, and the audio and visual quality could have been better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We must train new users to make the product more appealing to the broader public. We can only register Cisco video endpoints. Therefore, we are limited to using those to launch conferences. The demand that it be directly integrated into Microsoft Outlook and the requirement that we install an additional program to schedule meetings using Webex via email makes it difficult for most end users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The updated UI/UX and product documentation on support websites facilitate easy new user onboarding. Account licensing can be rapidly understood by tier-one help, and next-level support teams can easily understand the nuances of sophisticated troubleshooting. Although Webex offers many great features, the ones that make it platform-independent—so that it functions the same whether we use an application or a browser—are the ones we value the most.

Unlike other tools, we can say that Webex is an excellent solution for work conferences, since it is very easy to share files during our meetings through instant screen sharing.

What I like best about this tool is that Webex Meetings is beneficial for scheduling and accessing scheduled meetings from the calendar. The user interface also gets better and better with each update. Newer versions include more valuable tools to make the experience easier and smoother.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have not found any shortcomings with this tool as video conferences and interviews can be done easily and error-free with Webex. In addition to the fact that its software is very interesting since it allows you to distribute files online.

These features allow me to have effective meetings with my team regardless of location and this makes me want to continue using the service

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion, Cisco Webex Meetings has some drawbacks. First of all, the connectivity can sometimes be a bit poor, especially when there are a lot of people connected. Also, the user interface design is not always intuitive, making it difficult to use some of the advanced features. Finally, sometimes there are problems with the audio / video quality, which can be a problem for important meetings since it affects that all the members can hear and transmit what they want to say...
