What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
The excellent point is that the application works smoothly, and you can start a meeting immediately. Also, compared to other meeting applications, talking to the other party is more accessible as soon as you create it. It is used for internal web conferences and web interviews with recruiters. The meeting information booked is linked with Outlook, and it is easy not to have to set reminders, etc., individually. The procedure for calling a meeting itself is simple and easy to remember.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Web conferencing tool nominated by companies with strict security standards. Internal meetings have progressed online, but we were able to change them by making full use of this tool. In addition, the recording function is very convenient and helpful when creating minutes. It's great to use it immediately when I want to have a short meeting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since the line is sufficient, I would like TIPS to isolate the cause if it is slow or conflicts with other security software because the security is solid.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The security is high, so some customers want to use this, and they can feel comfortable, so they can have web conferences and not have to go to the site. After all, if long-distance business travel is possible with web conferencing, time efficiency will be increased. They are accepted as a tried and tested tool in Europe and the USA, where remote working continues to grow. So, it is helpful for companies concerned about information leaks during web conferencing or with strict trade secrets and regulations.

What differentiates Cisco Webex Messaging from other similar products?
Our office's marketing and sales teams have found Webex to be an excellent tool for doing online meetings. Productivity was boosted by tools like file and screen sharing, and different types of meetings suited our needs, especially because many of our clients are based in other countries. Having used Webex to quickly help a client as a business consultant, I can attest to its efficacy as a business cooperation and communication tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Webex isn't perfect, but I don't have many complaints. I will highlight a handful of them below:In my opinion, the mobile edition of Webex is superior than its desktop counterpart. In a public chat, you have no say over what users say or type. You can have up to 100 people in your meeting using Webex's free version. There is a cap of 50 minutes for the conference.
