Cisco Webex Teams differentiates itself by starting meetings with just one click without having to wait for the organizers, it allows me to join from anywhere and switch devices seamlessly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Cisco Webex Teams is that it allows me to develop online meetings by sharing screen immediately and securely, it offers me group messaging, team collaboration, immediate connection is the perfect tool to communicate with my co-workers regardless of place or location , it helps me save my time and money on trips, it works as a bond with colleagues, clients and employees, making a face-to-face connection through HD video and quality audio, without interruptions or failures, it helps me not walk on one side on the other, it makes my online work possible in an immediate and intelligent and professional way, I love the whiteboard mode and makes it possible to convey my ideas in a very graphic and striking way, it is quality software that offers me more than what we normally need to collaborate online.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cisco Webex Teams works totally well for me for any need, offering me what I need to collaborate online with my team, the tools and features are perfect, the audio and video are of a high level, it is a platform that has worked 100 percent for me. without failures or interruptions so far I have nothing bad to limit about this tool.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Cisco Webex Teams to implement better results in our projects, work in a much more collaborative and productive way, functioning as an optimized communications tool, it is perfect to increase performance and workflow, to collaborate in teams and be successful. It offers a nice interface, continuous security, can be used from anywhere and on any device, and best of all, it offers a free trial.

It is easy to use ,feature rich tool and has great third party application integrations that focuses more on teams collaboration which makes it a unique tool from other products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an easy to use collaboration tool that teams get connected at all times ,anywhere and improves productivity as end results.The combination of tools like video meetings ,file sharing,white boarding brings together teams.Integrates seamlessly with third party applications such as Salesforce,Google cloud and more to bring a complete collaboration experience for users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer support is limited on the free and starter plan.Free plan only provides online customer services and the starter plan is limited to only calling the customer support team during regular business time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a software that will drive productivity among teams in your company and offer agility into your business then i suggest looking into Cisco Webex Teams.
