It has the simplest GUI and user-friendly environment as compared to competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to convert chats to audio or video call with just a click of a button.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?
We have been using Cisco Jabber as a way of online communication way before pandemic. It has been our longest online communication tool so far. The best feature I like about Cisco is that you can easily access it on almost any device. You can take advantage of the screen-sharing feature, making audio and video calls and especially chatting is very easy and reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I work in a design company and we used to have online meetings now and then with clients. We could easily make high quality video as well audio calls alongside projects presentations and training sessions. The best thing is that it can easily integrate with Cisco products as well as Microsoft.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Well, what I personally don't like in Cisco Jabber is that some of the features might be outdated and need an update. For example, you can’t take a screenshot. You will see updates from them very often and they surely are long!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Cisco Jabber is one of the reliable communication platforms I have come across. The security is also pretty good. They need to work on some updates but it is suitable for big firms and it will accommodate you with clients and offices globally and easily.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?
It is completely viable with all cisco frameworks, and you can utilize it inside Cisco Call Manager and other Cisco items. Our workers get calls through Jabber, and they use it for particularly video calls. Jabber Video utility is used by our employees and clients. It is viable with Microsoft Outlook, and its quality is reliable for sharing with other people. Likewise, you can make your client's directory. One drawback is integration lagging which causes all connection processes to slow down.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?
Elements like dynamic index might be complicated. Assuming there is one more IM in your organization, lagging might develop across channels. The theme is very rigid with not many customization options available. Video gathering among jabber and other seller item needs costly center gadgets and complex integrations. To have full joining with AD, it needs to compose an excessive number of XML codes, with no template option available for integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The search option that is not available is massaging due to which some important chats are misplaced. The file-sharing option is also very poor with a lot of formats are not supported by the system. Jabber frequently resets and stalls out, which makes it a piece slacking during the utilization and need to delay until it gets reset to utilize the application, which for the most part takes critical time
