What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Check Point Email Security is the Threat Extraction feature. It’s smart and practical—by instantly delivering a clean version of a document while the original is being analyzed, it keeps users productive without waiting, and more importantly, safe. You don’t even notice anything is being filtered, but behind the scenes it’s stripping out risky content like macros or embedded links that could be malicious.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Check Point Email Security is that it can be a bit complex to set up and manage, especially for smaller teams or organizations without dedicated security staff. The advanced features are powerful, but they can feel overwhelming at first, and the interface isn’t always the most intuitive. You sometimes need to spend extra time fine-tuning policies or understanding alerts. So while the protection is top-notch, the learning curve and administrative overhead might be a drawback for some users.

With the increase in cybersecurity threats, having a tool to block these attacks is crucial. In our organization, Avanan has been effective in protecting us from malware, phishing, and other cyber threats. The tool is simple to use and does not need extensive IT knowledge. Its integration with other third-party tools is also strong.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use of Avanan is my favorite feature. It is easy to comprehend and gives me a sense of security when I use the internet and email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any significant dislikes. For our mailboxes, it is a very good security solution. It is more user friendly and accurate than our prior solution, and I have not yet discovered any significant drawbacks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Quarantined emails can be easily located and restored with Avanan. The support staff assists us in resolving issues when the mail explorer fails to locate a particular email. There may be a slight delivery delay typically less than 30 seconds because emails go through Avanan before returning to us.
