Excellent product but pricing is a bit stiff

What differentiates CData Arc from other similar products?
We haven't really used other products so I can't comment on this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can easily create workflows on ArcESB.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Documentation could be a lot better. Examples should have been provided to better understand things.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is a bit of a learning curve especially when scripting.
