CIQ offers flexibility and customizable comp plan and workflows that other products can't match.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool calculates commissions accurately when the comp plans are implemented well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The linking of the worksheets can't be cumbersome to the new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

having too many variables in the comp plans increase the implementation process and complexity. try to make the comp plans easy for the reps to understand but address the most critical primary goals they need to achieve.
