What differentiates Canon Therefore from other similar products?
Years of experience of Canon. We can implement this solution in different countries, because the Canon group is present in a lot of countries. Therefore is made by very good and experimented developpers. We can have a very nice support by several companies. The interface is also nice compared to similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
E-form, workflow but also case manager. We can very easily produce automatic workflows and it accelerates validation and process. Its also very easy to find a document with index datas and the search part. The case manager is pratical and easy to use for every users. We dont need to know coding because almost all functionnalities are no-code developping.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Different problems occurs during the development and during the utilisation by users. The navigator interface Can also be improved, like the new web view, which is much better, and prettier than the client.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Therefore is really nice if you want a solution which is easy to use and easy to implement. You have to take a few days/weeks to learn and train on the software.
