We liked the features and the price was right. The support team has been great to work with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reporting and dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really...does what we need.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try to get some hours of training included in the price. It's easy enough to use once you get familiar with it, but it is an advanced piece of software and there is a learning curve.
