This is the great product to get a good feel for the candidate personally and whether they will be a good fit or not
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Super easy to use and organize candidates very well, it feels like trello simply but provides tons of relevant useful data
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of variety on the careers page that comes with the system

Breezy helps us to manage candidate flow and communication between our talent team and our hiring managers throughout which no other tool provides
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very much easy to move candidates between stages in the system. It is easy to set up auto emails sent to the candidates
What do you dislike most about this product?
Getting assistance with issues is difficult at best unless we pay for the highest tier package offered

The tool should help us to organize all the hiring needs by the firm
