What differentiates BraveGen CSR from other similar products?

The data capture automation was a game changer for us. The ability to accurately upload large amounts of data quickly and have suppliers directly upload data, has been great.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The data capture automation was a game changer for us. Removed a lot of risk of manual data entry error. Saved a lot of administration time, freeing team members up to work on carbon reduction projects, rather than data entry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the time of use, we did not have a BI platform integration with the SaaS system, limiting our ability to extract data out of the system. This was not a fault with ESP CSR, but an IT integration decision made at the time of implementation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Intergrate with a BI platform if you can, the reporting functionality is there, Was disappointing we didn't use it within our company.
