Furthermore, because a shared link to a specific piece of material or directory can be sent. It was quite beneficial for me to be able to work while sharing data with others. What do you dislike most about this product?

It may depend on how the box is arranged, but as the number of items to share rises, I believe a better file search option would be good.

File security. Personally, I tend to think most organizations adopting Box for cloud-based file storage purposes, do it mainly because of the enterprise-grade security it provides, for saved file and content .This is what I think differentiates Box from other file storage products.

Collaboration. Box has made it easy for everyone in my department to collaborate. Regardless of, their immediate location , be it within or outside the walls of my organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not think there is anything I can say I dislike about Box , from my experience. It gets all issues related to file storage sorted out for me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is well suited for the day to day need of the average professional, when it comes to file storage.

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

Box has got some unlimited storage plans which are really convenient when working with a team. I even made use of the built in note-taking app a couple times to keep certain info related to the files in mind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The value for money is great compared to a lot of similar services. It integrates with Salesforce and Google Docs which was certainly useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing negative stood out, as such, but some extra filtering and search options could've been great especially when one's working with a huge amount of files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In terms of reliability and uptime, it's just as good as any other industry standard. Personally, I don't find them too different from each other, so if the pricing and plan requirements work for your team - I can recommend the service.
