What differentiates Box from other similar products?
Working hard at a large organization, having a spot for all of the files required to fulfill our purpose is beneficial. The documents are simple to transfer and may be edited by numerous persons at the same time. Furthermore, considering the transitory type of work in recent years, it is critical to have access to data everywhere we go.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The most important gain in our productivity, in my opinion, has indeed been true collaboration. We don't need waiting for minutes and a follow-up conference to build a product since we can accomplish it within our meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you utilize the free app, I believe you will consider DropBox and GDrive better helpful. Box is excellent if you really are purchasing. In the free app, I'd like to see additional options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's straightforward to use, simplifies sharing, and truly resolves whole of your sharing problems. The only difficulty I'm having is with internet speeds, which might be due to a problem on my side.

I like that that Box is highly secure. The tool is affordable and makes documents and file collaboration effortless. I like that Box is Scalable and affordable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have used Box for a long time and I can barely recall any problems.

For al your company files security and collaboration, I recommend Box. It's affordable and easy to use. It enhances employees productivity.

Capabilities to save documents on cloud storage and management of all files. Ease of sharing and accessing all files using any device from desktop to Internet enabled phones.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It provides single source of accessing file folders any time. Support opening of same file by several users using different devices though.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Box Software suite has it all that we need to manage our files among other documents on cloud, so nothing to complain about.

I urge all prospective users to highly understand its vendor's terms and conditions of services then implement Box Software, it will never fail them.
