It’s easy to use, allows on-demand file syncing. Integrated with third party platforms. Plenty of storage for free. Document access is very good, employee can easily find the document that they need. It is fast and reliable. Built-in-security makes you sure that your data is safe and shared with only with whom you want to share. The customer service is very good. It is a good place to keep secure all of your files and share with and collaborate with the employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box is a platform to manage, share and collaborate to digital files. It has a lot of features everyone don’t even need. Mainly, it protects your content, empower your people and connects you with your business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Storage is low for paid account. It doesn’t sync automatically if you are using multiple devices. Sometimes it stops and doesn’t work so you have to cancel and upload file again.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it if you want to share files and documents with your employees or co-workers. It doesn’t only allow access to the shared files but also enable editing. You can also keep tracking edited files.

There surely are many other platforms that companies find suitable to work with, we were also doing so! However, as everyone's life was affected after the pandemic hit, ours did too. We started working from home and that’s when we started finding faults in our organization’s communication platform. It was so hard to send and receive files easily and -most importantly- securely. We were all juggling up with work and communication until we found our tiny little Box. Our company introduced it a few months back and honestly it’s the best thing they did so far.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box is a cloud based secure platform to send and receive our highly sensitive data. It has made our work life so much easier with its file sharing, editing, classifying and retention features. The best part is its integration feature, we didn’t know about it but surprisingly it has been used by so many famous companies. It can be integrated with many top-rates platforms which work much easier and we totally rely on it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing which I have noticed is that it lacks offline capabilities and you cannot do much about it. Apart from that there is nothing much to complain about. All my colleagues are totally satisfied with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I speak in favor of the box because there is nothing to dislike. It’s just a perfect solution. You can get your job done in the proper time and it will not take time to share your everyday work load in your office. Highly secure and efficient gateway to send and receive important work files.

I like that Box is cloud based and therefore secure and Scalable. It makes content access, storage, sharing, and management easy. It's so easy to use Box It's a cost effective business solution

Zero complaints about Box. It's good software
