What differentiates Box from other similar products?

There surely are many other platforms that companies find suitable to work with, we were also doing so! However, as everyone's life was affected after the pandemic hit, ours did too. We started working from home and that’s when we started finding faults in our organization’s communication platform. It was so hard to send and receive files easily and -most importantly- securely. We were all juggling up with work and communication until we found our tiny little Box. Our company introduced it a few months back and honestly it’s the best thing they did so far.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Box is a cloud based secure platform to send and receive our highly sensitive data. It has made our work life so much easier with its file sharing, editing, classifying and retention features. The best part is its integration feature, we didn’t know about it but surprisingly it has been used by so many famous companies. It can be integrated with many top-rates platforms which work much easier and we totally rely on it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing which I have noticed is that it lacks offline capabilities and you cannot do much about it. Apart from that there is nothing much to complain about. All my colleagues are totally satisfied with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I speak in favor of the box because there is nothing to dislike. It’s just a perfect solution. You can get your job done in the proper time and it will not take time to share your everyday work load in your office. Highly secure and efficient gateway to send and receive important work files.

With Box, it's easy to accelerate business processes thanks to the ability to securely access, share, and store business content such as files. It's also cloud based which is a plus

I like that Box is cloud based and therefore secure and Scalable. It makes content access, storage, sharing, and management easy. It's so easy to use Box It's a cost effective business solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zero complaints about Box. It's good software

For business enterprise file sync and sharing, I recommend Box as it offers all amazing features that a business will need to streamline processes

What differentiates Box from other similar products?

The best software we have used for storing our company's information. It has mobile access so that no matter where I am I can have my files, documents, reports and all the office material at hand and thus speed up my work. Its electronic signature function has made my work much easier, since I can close contracts remotely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very organized and intuitive platform, and although it has many functions and tools, you can access it easily. It has a free version and even a free trial of all its functions. It integrates many applications and programs such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom and more, to make the work more effective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They can improve in terms of video playback, as it is not compatible with some of the programs. And its size limit for sharing and uploading files to the cloud, is scarce in its free version. It seems to me that it is the best storage software and very secure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can say that since we use Box in the office, it is much easier to access from anywhere, the information we need to carry out projects and advance tasks, which has saved us a lot of time, which has been used in other activities, so I highly recommend it.
